Introduction
SUPERON PHOS. COPPER 1 is a cost-effective brazing alloy composed of 92.7% copper and 7.3% phosphorus. With an operating temperature of 720°C, it conforms to international standards BACuP-2, CP202, CP3, BCuP-2, and L-CuP7. This alloy has a wide melting range and relatively low fluidity, making it suitable for general-purpose brazing in the sanitary, refrigeration, and air conditioning industries. It provides reliable performance for copper-to-copper applications without the need for flux, ensuring durable and leak-proof joints in large-scale installations.
