Introduction
SUPERON Ag 6P is a silver–phosphorus brazing alloy containing 6% silver, 87% copper, and 7% phosphorus. Operating at 700°C, it conforms to the international standard BCuP-4. With its low melting range and fast flow characteristics, this alloy is highly fluid at brazing temperature and readily penetrates joints with small clearances. It is particularly suitable for applications where temperature control is critical, offering reliable performance and strong joints in copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass brazing.
Applications
Engineered for applications requiring precise temperature control, it features a well-defined melting range. Its rapid flow and high fluidity at brazing temperature enable effective penetration of joints with small clearances.
