Introduction
SUPERON Ag 85 is a high-temperature, free-flowing silver-based filler metal containing 85% Ag and 15% Mn, with a melting point of about 960 °C. It is mainly used for brazing stainless steel, nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys, as well as other components exposed to high service temperatures. Equivalent to Ag501, Ag19, BAg-23, and L-Ag85, this alloy provides strong, reliable joints with excellent performance in demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.
Applications
A free-flowing, high-temperature filler metal mainly used for brazing stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, cobalt- based alloys, and other high-temperature applications.
