Introduction
SUPERON Ag 63 is a versatile silver brazing alloy formulated for high-strength applications. Containing 63% silver, 28.5% copper, 2.5% nickel, and 6% tin, it delivers excellent mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion. With an operating temperature of 790°C, it is widely used for brazing 300 and 400 series stainless steels, as well as precipitation-hardening nickel and steel alloys. Its nickel and tin content enhances joint strength and toughness, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Conforming to the international standard BAg-21, SUPERON Ag 63 ensures consistent quality, reliable performance, and durable joints in critical engineering assemblies.
Applications
