Introduction

SUPERON Ag 60 High Sn is a specialized silver brazing alloy containing 60% silver, 30% copper, and 10% tin. The presence of tin enhances its wetting characteristics, making it highly effective for brazing stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and carbon steel. With an operating temperature of 720°C, it is particularly suitable for vacuum applications and for brazing small or intricate parts where precision and cleanliness are critical. Its performance is further optimized in protective atmospheres, ensuring strong, reliable, and corrosion-resistant joints. Conforming to international standards BACuAg7 and BAg-18, SUPERON Ag 60 High Sn is widely trusted for demanding industrial and specialized brazing applications.

Applications

The tin content improves wetting on stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and carbon steel. Ideal for vacuum applications and brazing small parts, particularly in a protective atmosphere.
