Introduction
SUPERON Ag 55 Sn is a versatile silver brazing alloy suitable for use on a wide range of base materials, including steels, copper and copper alloys, as well as nickel and nickel alloys. It is composed of 55% silver, 21% copper, 22% zinc, and 2% tin, offering good flow characteristics and strong, durable joints. With a low operating temperature of 650°C, it minimizes thermal stress on components while ensuring reliable brazing performance. The addition of tin enhances wetting ability, making it effective for both structural and precision applications. Conforming to international standards Ag103, Ag14, and L-Ag55Sn, SUPERON Ag 55 Sn provides consistent quality, corrosion resistance, and a close color match, making it suitable for both industrial and decorative applications.
Applications
