Introduction
SUPERON Ag 50NCdf is a free-flowing, cadmium-free silver brazing filler metal designed for strong, reliable joints. With a composition of 50% silver, 20% copper, 28% zinc, and 2% nickel, it offers excellent flow properties and superior bonding strength. Operating at 740°C, it is particularly suitable for joining 300 series stainless steels, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing food handling equipment and hospital utensils where cadmium-free alloys are essential. Additionally, its nickel content enhances wetting and strength, making it effective for brazing small tungsten carbide inserts in cutting tools. Conforming to the international standard BAg-24, SUPERON Ag 50NCdf ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and high-quality performance in both industrial and hygienic applications.
