Introduction
SUPERON NIBRO is a high-performance brazing alloy composed of 50% copper, 39.7% zinc, 10% nickel, and 0.3% silicon. With an operating temperature of 910°C and a shear strength of 150–300 MPa, it meets international standards SC9, Cu305, CZ 8, RBCuZn-D, and L-CuNi10Zn42. This alloy is particularly suitable for brazing tungsten carbide, as well as steel, cast iron, malleable iron, nickel, and nickel alloys. The addition of nickel improves strength and corrosion resistance while ensuring reliable joints in demanding applications. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for heavy-duty industrial and engineering use.
