Introduction
SUPERON CuNiB is a specialized copper-based brazing alloy containing 97% copper, 3% nickel, and 0.03% boron. Designed for furnace brazing, it is ideal for fluxless applications and can effectively fill gaps up to 0.5 mm. Meeting international standards Cu105 and CU 7, this alloy offers excellent flow characteristics, reliable bonding, and clean joints, making it particularly suitable for high-production furnace brazing processes in electrical, mechanical, and automotive applications.
