Introduction
SUPERON Ag LAg45Cd is a low-temperature silver brazing alloy designed for precision joining. With a composition of 45% silver, 17% copper, 18% zinc, and 20% cadmium, it offers excellent free-flowing characteristics and capillary action, making it highly effective for narrow clearance joints. Operating at 620°C, it ensures strong, clean, and reliable brazed joints. Conforming to international standard L-Ag45Cd, this alloy is widely used in applications requiring high joint strength and smooth flow behavior.
Applications
Among the Bag filler metals, it has the lowest brazing temperature range. Its excellent flow properties allow it to penetrate narrow clearance capillary joints, while its narrow melting range
makes it suitable for both rapid and slow heating methods.
