Introduction
SUPERON Ag 43Cd is a premium silver brazing alloy with the shortest melting range among silver brazing alloys. Containing 43% silver, 16% copper, 20% zinc, and 21% cadmium, it operates at 620°C and conforms to international standard BACuAg 16A. Widely regarded by many brazers as the best silver brazing alloy, it is particularly recommended where low brazing temperatures are required to preserve the properties of the parent metals. With excellent free-flowing characteristics, it is ideal for close-fit joints, producing neat, strong, and highly ductile connections.
Applications
This silver brazing alloy has the narrowest melting range of all, making it a top choice among
manual brazers. It is especially recommended when a low brazing temperature is required to
maintain the properties of the parent metals. Ideal for closely fitting joints,
providing neat, strong, and highly ductile connections.
