WONDER GEL - STAIN-O-KLEAN-160 : A Low-fuming Pickling Paste for Stainless Steel

DESCRIPTION :

• STAIN-O-KLEAN-160 is a unique chemical to remove heat tint, weld-discoloration, Oxide scale and rust from all series of Stainless steel.
• It is intended for standard applications such as:
• Standard steel grades such as 304, 308, 316, 316L…
• Nickel and copper- nickel alloys
• Pickling at a temperature in the range of 10–40°C.

ADVANTAGES :

• Restores damaged stainless steel surfaces, such as weld seams, by removing weld oxides, the underlying chromium depleted layer and other defects that may cause local corrosion.
• Dose not contain chlorides or sulfuric acid, no risk of corrosive damage to the steel.
• Dose not contain abrasives, no damages to surface finish.
• Improved pickling result, offers a brighter surface with less discolouration than classical products.
